Considering using our drop-off service? This guide is for you. Learn all about how Wash/Dry/Fold works at Sudz City.

The process is designed to be as fast and convenient as possible.

Drop off your laundry any time the laundromat is open. bag, basket, etc… (we even have some customers bring their laundry in trash bags.  We got you covered- you’ll get it back in our clear square poly bags. If you want, you can purchase a sudz city XL laundry bag for next time.  

If no team member is present, simply fill out a drop-off card and leave it with your laundry.

As soon as your laundry is in the system, you’ll get a confirmation text.  

Note on our processing times

We process laundry Monday through Friday, and guarantee your laundry is complete within two processing days.  You’ll get another text as soon as it’s ready for pickup.   If you need it sooner, we offer one-day and same-day turnaround times ($1.50 & $1.75/lb, respectively)

We use high-quality detergents, and if you require a hypoallergenic option we offer All free & clear for no extra charge. You also choose the temperatures, settings, and hanging & folding preferences at one all-inclusive price!

We pretreat stains, too – although we can’t guarantee removal.  All you need to do is place garments in a separate bag with your laundry (a grocery bag is just fine!) and we’ll take it from there.

As soon as your laundry is ready for pickup, you’ll get another text to let you know.  If you dropped off after-hours, you’ll also get a link to pay online if you want to make the checkout process even faster.  Otherwise, our friendly attendants will take care of you in-store.
