Our store in Millbury, MA is open every day from 6:00am until 11:00pm. We’re open 365 days per year – even on major holidays.
What makes Sudz City different from any other laundromat?
We believe in doing things quite a bit different than most laundromats. We’re locally owned & operated, and believe that our state-of-the-art machines and modern facilities are different from most, but we take it a step further.
Our store is cleaned a MINIMUM of twice per day, and our equipment is kept in immaculate condition.

How long does it take to do my laundry?
Our brand new, state of the art equipment works like no other machines out there. Most wash cycles take around 23 minutes, and dryer times around 30-40 minutes. This saves you time and money, so you can focus on what’s important to you.
Do you offer a Wash-Dry-Fold service?
Yes, we currently offer a drop off laundry service at our location. We offer both residential and commercial services. Dry cleaning is coming soon!
How do I approximate how many pounds of laundry I have?
We offer both a Drop Off laundry service, which charges “by the pound”. For Self-Service laundry, all washers are labeled with load size capabilities based on “pounds of laundry” as well.
To approximate the number of pounds of laundry you have, consider a normal sized load for a residential washer is about 10-12 pounds of laundry. How many loads do you have? Multiply that by 10-12 for an approximate total weight. For a more precise measurement, you could even weigh your laundry bag on a bathroom scale at home (though it may be slightly different from our scales as they are calibrated regularly by the state of Massachusetts).
Where are you located?
We are conveniently located at 110 Elm St, in Millbury center. The laundromat is directly adjacent to the municipal parking lot, which offers ample parking of over 100+ spots. Our proximity to the center of town makes our location easily walkable, and is feet from the city bus stop.
Is your laundromat clean?
At Sudz City Laundry we pride ourselves on being “Worcester County’s Premiere Laundromat”. Our Attendants spend hours everyday cleaning our stores, to keep them sparkling clean. We think you’ll be pretty impressed!
Is there anything to entertain us while we wait for our laundry?
Yes, our laundromat has TV’s, FREE Wi-Fi, Seating Areas and in store Vending Machines. We also offer a large variety of reading material to choose from while you wait.
How many washers and dryers do you have?
We have a nice balance of washers and dryers to suit your needs.
How big are your largest machines?
We offer mega-load washers that can wash 6 loads of laundry AT ONE TIME. We also offer a wide variety of sizes from double through 6 load capacities for your convenience.
Can I wash my comforter at your laundromat?
You can absolutely wash a comforter in our large-capacity washers. In fact, that’s what they’re designed for! at 23-minutes (plus drying time), you can stop in without taking up a huge chunk of your day.
Many customers also prefer to drop off comforters, bedding and more for our professionals to take care of.
Do you sell soap, fabric softener, and laundry bags in store?
Yes we do! We offer Tide, Bounce, Snuggle, Clorox II for colors, as well as All Free & Clear.
Our high-quality XL washable laundry bags (with carrying strap) are also available for purchase for $10 per bag.
Does your laundromat operate on cards or coins?
Our machines operate on both coin and card. You can load value to a Sudz City laundry card using cash, credit, debit, EBT cash benefits, and contactless payment methods. This method adds a new level of convenience, and Sudz City cards can be given as gifts.
We also offer an ATM and a bill breaker if you prefer to use coins to start your laundry.
