Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring items are appropriate for laundering, removing valuables before pickup, and providing accurate pickup and delivery details.

Liability

We take care with every order, but our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to a reasonable replacement value as described in our service policies.

Cancellations & Missed Pickups

Missed pickups may incur a fee as outlined on our FAQ page.

Changes
